College, Military, NCAA, and NIAA Transcript Requests
DCPS policy states student transcripts may not be sent electronically to agencies outside of the DCPS network, including sending transcripts via email. Requests for transcripts to be sent directly to a college admissions office/representative, athletic coach, military recruiter, or other non-DCPS entity should be made by the student through the form linked above. If a student needs a transcript uploaded to NCAA Clearinghouse, they should email their request to their school counselor.
Please note, requests are processed within two business days in most instances. Exceptions to this include high volume times such as semester break and end of the school year.
